The Wikimedia Conference is an annual meeting of the Wikimedia Foundation's developers, sysadmins, the MediaWiki community developers and Wikimedia chapter representatives. Manuel, Asaf, Pascal, Fabien and Tomasz participated in the meetings and set up a working group called "Wikimedia Offline".
